Making the PID under "Sample Identifier" on full record pages link to their respective persistent pages in their iSB home.

On any given full record page (access from clicking on an IGSN window in map view, for instance), we would like to be able to have the PID under “Sample Identifier” link to the pertinent iSB instance page (i.e., have the IGSN, ARK, etc. be linked).
