is it possible to Add "All Active applications" choice for "Change volume for:"

Just bought the app on steam, to use with my 5.1 system since it uses SPDIF output, such a great app, but missing one thing for me,

I’m using SPDIF output through the Sound Blaster X4,
but unfortunately, the sound output is completely independent of Windows, so volume controls dont work with it,

Luckily this app can control the volume of each app individually,
the problem is that i have to add each new app i open to the application list manually,

so it would be great if there is any way to automatically add all apps into the list.
