windows 11, pathlimit of 99 characters.

Hello,
usually, the Windows NTFS file system has a character limit of 255 characters.
I have observed, that the Volume2 installation program has a 99-character limit.

error reproduction:

• go to any drive in the root level.
• create a test directory "x:\456789012345678901234567890123456789012345678901234567890123456789012345678901234567890123"
• take the program "Setup_Volume2_1_1_8.exe" and create 2 copies: "1.exe" and "12.exe"
• copy these into the test directory.
• execute "1.exe" --> No error.
• execute "12.exe" --> Debug Error! [Microsoft Visual C++ Debug Library]

works:
E:\456789012345678901234567890123456789012345678901234567890123456789012345678901234567890123\1.exe

do not work:
E:\456789012345678901234567890123456789012345678901234567890123456789012345678901234567890123\12.exe
