need to refresh devices

I'm using monitor via hdmi connection as audio device.
When monitor turns off power after some idle time and wakes up after, Volume2 loses monitor from list of audio devices
Restarting program helps, but would be nice to have option to refresh devices automatically

seems like after trying to resolve #201 Volume2 loses hdmi device more stable :)

Not good. Do you have possibility to record on video this process? Probably device is added a bit later with some delay.

it's not so easy. Force turning off and on monitor working without problem. Setting automatic turning off monitor to 1 minute - same. Seems like problem apearing after some time of monitor power off
