Status & Certificate::write usage

Hi, I have been experimenting with this library with a Yubikey 5. Two main questions:

1. What is the status of this library? Is it still maintained at all?
2. Does anyone have a working example of writing a certificate to a PIV slot?

@NuSkooler yes, this crate is maintained, though I've been blocked on reviewing several PRs because I didn't have YK5.7 hardware until recently, and I am also busy working on https://github.com/RustCrypto which this crate is built on

I'm not aware of an example of writing a certificate offhand.

I've been able to, via your crate and a YK5:

• Generate keys
• Attest
• Generate (attested/signed) CSRs
• etc.
