Shimmer contents update and restructure

1. Can we update https://wiki.iota.org/learn/about-iota/an-introduction-to-iota? Maybe add one more “shimmer” nav section and order it on the top of the nav? Instead of putting shimmer in the “Future of IOTA”.

2. https://wiki.iota.org/learn/future/shimmer The content here needs to be updated, including:

• Update the Shimmer roadmap Shimmer Network Beta -> Shimmer Network -> Shimmer EVM Launch
• Pre-launch staking: change from future tense to past tense, staking IOTA for SMR is over
• Replace staging network with innovation Layer 1 network
• The entire explanation should be more like Shimmer is the Layer 1 innovation network, built to spark the growth of feeless and highly interoperable digital assets and token economies. Just like IOTA, Shimmer is a DAG-based parallelized settlement layer and is a validation ground for innovations geared toward the IOTA network

3. On the wiki landing page, when we click the Shimmer section “learn more”, it will direct us to https://wiki.iota.org/introduction/develop/welcome however for me is confusing that the contents are basically all around Stardust… Can we add one versioning in the drop-down: Shimmer? and just show Shimmer-related contents and the Shimmer roadmap

4. Should we present the future vision of Shimmer after EVM Launch on the Wiki?

5. Finally, can we prepare a shimmer-ready wiki URL with all shimmer updated contents? e.g. https://wiki.iota.org/introduction/shimmer-welcome that we could share across the community?
