Overview on eligibility, validity #49
Description
- Include the document https://docs.google.com/document/d/128irkJaYXDRGVlDEc63DUJTqVwb4bYMejclroRcUNNw/edit
- (optional) include an overview/flow how and when message and tx get a certain validity or eligibility flag. Optional, because it is ot really needed, however good for us to check whether all is correctly defined and terms are correctly used.
