add exclude dropped records in addition to only dropped records.

Exclude dropped records is default, will add "include dropped records".

I would provide the following options, rather than "dropped" which does not indicate the reason:

Filter records on:
WoRMS match only: yes/no or exclude/include
Marine only: yes/no
Marine unsure: yes/no
No coordinates: yes/no
Invalid fields (show list): yes/no
Records on land only: yes/no
Allow buffer of 20 km from shore: yes/no
Depth exceeds bathymetric depth: yes/no
