Read flag is not set during import although it is set in ETS

When importing my ETS project, the read flag is not set for the group addresses of my window reed contacts. The group address is only assigned to a binary input device so far which has the L flag set.

Of course I can change this manually in the adapter, but my understanding is that this should usually happen automatically?

Also wondering why the following 2 group addresses are not matched in a relation? (no flags in adapter set here as wel):
