We need to unify how the figure of eight coil model is created. Currently it has several different implementations that do the same thing. Just a couple of examples:

  1. viewer_volume.py: CreateTargetAim and CreateSensorID
  2. preferences.py: OnLoadCoil

These methods and processes need to be unified to avoid conflicts when changing the coil model.
