Update to EndpointLink and co

Update https://github.com/inveniosoftware/invenio-vocabularies/blob/master/invenio_vocabularies/services/config.py to use [EndpointLink](https://github.com/inveniosoftware/invenio-records-resources/blob/master/invenio_records_resources/services/base/links.py#L148) and the like.

Explicitly marked to be done by v14 (not v13) as deprecation will be finalized then.
