Add possibility to configure SSO via env var

Problem statement
I'd like to be able to configure the SSO settings of the instance by passing them via environment variables.
This would allow better automation to create new instances that are SSO enabled by default.

Expected behavior
At launch, the app would check the specific env vars and set the correct settings in the DB.
