Production/Deployment version landing page

Hi, I am trying the production/deployment version of this project. On the development version the page is showing correctly as seen in the image below but in the deployment/production I am seeing Welcome to Nginx. Is this supposed to happen?

If you're seeing 'welcome to nginx' you are sending Host: localhost to the (production) server, you should use $INTERNETNL_DOMAINNAME.
