Subrion 4.2 - Installing slider from admin creates blank page.

Steps to reproduce,
Go to admin panel,
Go to plugins,
Install Slider plugin,
Go to front end - white page
Go to backend slider management, blank page.

However downloading from here does not create a blank page. includes/hook.slider.php appears to be missing when installing from admin panel.

We've just released the compatible version:
https://subrion.org/plugin/slider.html

Please follow the following instructions:

1. Uninstall current plugin and delete it in modules/ folder.
2. Clear cache in admin dashboard (or just delete everything in tmp/ folder)
3. Install new version.

It's been tested and working fine on Subrion 4.2.0
