Facing the same issue.
A temporary fix is to revert back libva (2.22.0-1 => 2.21.0-1)

A temporary fix is to revert back libva (2.22.0-1 => 2.21.0-1)

Oh, so this is the reason why my desktop and laptop with an Ivy Bridge cpu suddenly stopped hardware accelerating all of a sudden under Wayland. Downgrading the version of libva does fix the issue, but I hope this gets fixed in a later version of the driver.
