ixgbe-5.20.9: Fix compilation under RHEL 9.4 & 8.10

ixgbe-5.20.10: Verified support of SLES15sp6

These are present in the old Sourceforge repository.

"Notice! Effective August 16, 2024, Intel will no longer use Sourceforge to distribute software for Ethernet products."
