grabs some installer from some totally random github user and installs it on all our computers?

Who is https://github.com/adang1345 and why should we trust them? Apparently the python installers they conjure up are ~2x the size of the official ones!? adang1345/PythonWindows#11

Why shouldn't this use official python builds?

I have xz PTSD. Please switch to an official python package asap. Thank you.
