DelphiLint 1.1.1: Rule view compatibility improvements

DelphiLint 1.1.1 is now out with a number of fixes. This release aims to improve compatibility with the Edge browser embed powering the rule view, including fixes to a number of outstanding issues and better visibility when a problem does occur.

This release fixes issues dating back to version 0.7.0, so it is highly recommended to update if you have had issues with the rule view in the past!
