Description

Issues #14 and #16 are about the mapping of INSPIRE model elements (classes and properties) to common definitions – either from the INSPIRE model itself or from external vocabularies.

We need to determine which information should be included in the conceptual model to support this mapping.

Because the information for mapping classes and properties can be complex, it should not be included in the UML model. Mappings can be defined in human-readable documentation (like the table above) and in (machine readable) configuration files.

The files to generate the draft vocabularies are available in the vocabulary repository. For further details, see HOWTO - Generate the INSPIRE RDF vocabularies.
