First off I would like to thank the developers of mintpy for creating such a useful tool for my research. I am currently trying to record a fault near the edge of the northern part of the Tibetan plateau and have run into a problem that I don't think I'm very knowledgeable on how to fix. Whenever I try to run an analysis of the velocity field of this fault, mintpy seems to only record the northern most part and leaves out large swathes of land. Here is my current generated velocity field:
As you can see large swathes of my area aren't being recorded. I think I've read somewhere that I need mintpy to stitch together certain interferograms however i'm not sure. For reference, I am using 581 interferogram pairs. Here is an example of some of my unwrapPhase wraps:
Any advice or infor would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time and have a wonderful day.
