WSA System Control v1.0.0

This is the first non prerelease build of WSA System Control.

Changes made from the last prerelease:

• Added option to open the Files app (#1)
• Added option to open the WSA Settings
• Updated menu icons
• The app now checks if WSA is installed before launching
• You can now choose to have the app launch upon Windows login
• Now available in both x64 and ARM64 builds

The installer has also been changed to Inno Setup. If you have any prerelease version (v0.x.x) installed, please uninstall it before installing this one!

This application relies on the .NET 7 Desktop runtime. For the x64 release, if it's already installed on your system, it will use that. Otherwise, the installer will automatically install it for you. For the ARM64 release, the .NET 7 Desktop runtime is bundled with the application.
