Restrict parsing of external event URLs to h-event #13

In one of today's newsletter generations, the event linked to https://accessibility-club.org/, which only has an h-card for Joschi, no h-event. Their name appeared instead of the event name, as well as the photo. The date and venue parsed correctly from the wiki (see below). Maybe it should be restricted to parse only h-event on external URLs, otherwise fallback to what's on https://indieweb.org/events.

As a short-term fix, I set up a wiki event page with the h-event markup.
