custom rakefile #1750

could you please include in the Rakefile's first line this:

 import 'source/Rakefile' if File.exist? 'source/Rakefile'

if anybody have a Rakefile in their source, it will by loaded

I do not know there is not a tasks/ dir autoloading every .rake
