The initial menu:
Lets you configure basic options, it's important to get the flow sensor calibration checked/set correctly (see Calibration)
Setting the weight is necessary to get valid VO2 calculations.
Clicking "+" will move between options, ">" will select items.
After closing the menu the summary page is displayed to confirm sensible starting data, Co2 should be reading zero and O2 ~21% at startup.
When running the buttons will loop up and down through the pages, holding both buttons together will reset and return back to the initial menu.
