Given variable number of arguments (list of strings) checks whether there are any duplicates among the arguments and return list of all unique duplicates. If no arguments are passes return empty list.
getDuplicatedParams("a", "b", "c") //empty list
getDuplicatedParams("a", "b", "c", "a") // [a]
