For aarch64 platform, I have built " ssdb " from source.
Following STEPS (https://github.com/ideawu/ssdb#compile-and-install) were used for the building and installation:
sudo apt update sudo apt install build-essential cmake git wget –y wget https://github.com/ideawu/ssdb/archive/refs/tags/1.9.7.tar.gz tar -xvf 1.9.7.tar.gz cd ssdb-1.9.7 make make install export PATH=$PATH:/usr/local/ssdb
To validate that the build was successful we Checked the libraries.
After running make command, it can download the minimap2 binary and verified the version
ssdb-server -v
ssdb-server 1.9.7
