Annex 1, individual metrics can't integerate

We've deleted the existing entries for individual metrics. Now If we try to re-run "check_file" (tried directly and after reconnecting and reuploading), nothing shows up anymore. Funny thing is, before deletion it worked (except that the already existing individual metrics were not recognized as updates but the new ones from 2024 were shown as new). Screenshot of the origina error attached.

Solution: We've deleted the entries from "deleted_individual_metrics" in the annex, then it worked.
