Update meteor 1.1 to latest stable version

In order to have the benefits of meteor updates, we should migrate to the latest stable version of meteor and to modify what the update implies, particularly regarding dependencies (npm)

Current configuration

• Meteor 1.1
• Dependencies managed by Meteor itself

I misjudged the issue here, I didn't understand the Angular requirement, which I'm unfortunately not efficient with yet :( .

Sure, I can try :) ! The update process timed out the last time I tried, but I'll give it another shot!
