when i change my scale factor to something bigger than 1 some apps like pinta and qpwgraph not render correctly but once i change active client or workspace it will fix

weird, have you tried another desktop like sway or kwin?

Oh I tried gnome too and it had the same problem
So it's not a problem with hyprland?
