For me, the awesome thing about hyprland is that existing windows "move out of the way" of new windows when they spawn. I'm proposing to additionally allow existing to move out of the way of existing windows that want more space.
The config gets 6 new dispatchers:
Half-tiling

In this example, the user tiles B to the left. Hyprland tells A to move out of the way. Currently, you can achieve this by dragging A to the top right corner, but it requires a different thought process and use of the mouse.
Quarter-tiling

Occasionally too many windows are on the screen. In this example, the user quarter-tiles D to the bottom left, and Hyprland causes D to group any windows into it that were in the way.
This was a quick description, but there could be more nuance. For example, rules could be more about establishing whether and how windows move out of the way or group into the incoming window, rather than about where they spawn.
