IPC Signal for config reload

I think it would be great to have something like that. Like, monitoring the config files wouldn't detect if a config was loaded using hyprctl, something like a signal in the IPC would be really nice.

Do we already have that? I couldn't find it in the wiki/IPC page...
Or do we have another signal that is always notified when a config is updated?
