windowrule percentage size not working

hello, i have this in my config

wayland.windowManager.hyprland.settings = {
    bind = [
      "$mainMod, E, exec, uwsm app -- dolphin --new-window"
    ];

    windowrule = [
      "match:class org.freedesktop.impl.portal.desktop.kde, float on"
      "match:class org.freedesktop.impl.portal.desktop.kde, size 60% 65%"
    ];
  };

but dolphin looks different, it looks like this and not in the dimensions i specified.

it works in px tho, like 1024 800
