After 2 years I finally found how to disable Middle Mouse Click emulation.

Hello, writing this in case someone else ends up in the same situation as I was in for a long while.

I used a custom script to install Hyprland on top of Endeavor years ago. Since then if I left clicked + right click I would get Middle Click. This caused issues, but i dealt with it for around 2 years while searching ever few months for a way to fix it.

If this happens to you, look in your user settings/.conf files and look for the following.

touchpad { disable_while_typing = true natural_scroll = true clickfinger_behavior = false middle_button_emulation = false tap-to-click = true drag_lock = false }

Set the toggle for Middle button emulation to false... I have looked quite literally for 2 years and asked reddit and other discord forums for hyprland and no one could give me anything to help. I found this by installing Hypr on a friends computer and setting up MMC emulation for him. Otherwise I would have never found it. Asking directly why this happened would return with the answer to disable Middle Click Paste which does not fix it.

Putting this here since its not a bug and could be helpful to others. This drove me nuts for 2 years but finally... i can rest.
