Keyboard is perfectly usable until denied

As you can see here I have multiple popups asking me for permission for the following keyboards (my laptop's).

However, I can use the keyboard just fine until I manually deny it. This makes the protection provided by permission = .*, keyboard, ask basically close to zero since malicious devices can do whatever they want before the usually manually clicks deny.

I also noticed that after denying I was unable to ctrl+alt+f2 away from hyprland (similar to #12325)

Expected, keyboard is denied.

Does it not only affect hyprland?

hyprland is the one that sends the vt signal buddy thats why when it hangs you cant change tty either

besides it'd be a security risk, you disable it for a reason
