add a config line to disable touchpad

When working it is really annoying to deal with accidentally hitting the touchpad and resetting the curser.
I know that input:touchpad:disable_while_typing is an option but there should be an option to make the curser gone also wile not typing, because you can still hot the touchpad while not typing and having to navigate back to where you were.

You can already do that. Check your touchpad's name in hyprctl devices' output and add to your config
