In windows rules, I can't use tag: with the rule size

The rule size 50% 50% does not match, while center, noborder and stayfocused does.

If I replace tag:jb by class:^(jetbrains-.*),title:^()$,floating:1, then this match.
Why isn't it possible to match windows with tag for size/minsize?
