Incomplete Stylus/Digitizer support, (Thinkpad Yoga 11e, Cachy OS, ELAN stylus)

I think this is related to Issue #12031, and maybe #6734.

In some apps (Krita, Firefox, VS Code, nwg-look,hyprland itself), the stylus on my Lenovo Yoga 11e works fine, even with pressure sensitivity.
In others, hovering with the stylus makes the cursor move, but clicks are not registered (Obsidian, Nautilus, Rnote, Kitty).

Finger touch works everywhere.

I noticed that when I set the touch device to "disabled" in hyprland.conf, finger touch stops working, but stylus touch doesn't.
On the other hand, setting the stylus device to disabled does nothing.

Hyprland 0.51.1 built from branch  at commit 71a1216abcc7031776630a6d88f105605c4dc1c9  ([gha] Nix: update inputs).
