Support dynamic gradient

I think Hyprland's multi-color gradients are a really great feature. I just used gradient to define an angled multi-color gradient, which I call a rainbow border.

And then I had an idea. I've already implemented a dynamic rainbow border that rotates 0-360 degrees using a Python script. I think it would be really cool if this dynamic effect could become part of Hyprland. Does anyone else have the same idea?
