Set submaps via windowrules

It would be useful to set submaps via windowrule matches.

Most immediate use case is Citrix where I have a submap that removes almost all hyprland bindings so that Windows can use the Super and other keys (Alt-Tab for example). This works very well, but requires remembering to switch in and out of the right submap. Still, a good solution as is. But associating the submap with a matching windowrule would allow this to be a smoother experience.

Semantics are a bit tricky - what do you switch back to when the windowrule ceases to match? Two suggestions:

1. Remember the last submap we were using and switch back to it.
2. Reset to the default submap.

It's not immediately clear what the best thing to do here is, which is not good.

This might be a cool feature, but I doubt it will be implemented, as a simple script does the trick.
This script changes submaps whenever your active window changes (even if its a name change, like changing to different tab).

A couple of recommendations:

1. All of your submaps should have a key to reset (otherwise you might get stuck in a submap).
2. Use 'exec-once=script.sh &' in your hyprland config to start it when hyprland is launched.
3. A way to see your current submap, like a notification or just a field in waybar.
4. A separate file for your submaps (either one for all, one for each), and simply source those in your main config.
5. activewindow's data contains both the window class & title.
