Three monitor setup works wlroots doesn't work aquamarine

Hi I would like to ask for help, 😊
I currently use sway with wlroots and my setup is, that I have laptop to which I have connected usb-c docking station with two DP monitors and HDMI monitor which is connected directly to notebooks and not the docking station. This is the only setup that allowed me to use the three external monitors concurrently (the internal laptop display is off).

Now when I tried the same with Hyprland the HDMI monitor didn't receive any signal.

Now when I tried disconnecting one DP everything worked flawlessly. The HDMI monitor, DP monitor and even the internal monitor worked concurrently.

I would greatly appreciate any advice.

My bad, I thought that if I set these envs in the shell and launch Hyprland it will carry over. I set them up in the configuration and here are the outputs:

whats interesting is both the xr24 format failing and [LOG] [AQ] GBM: Buffer is marked as multigpu, forcing linear something fishy is going on since there is only 1 gpu and renderer from what i can tell

I think this is the only way we can get mgpu set, and I think thats wrong? Maybe we should just check if primary AND primary's gpu != our gpu?

how can that check even fail if there is only one gpu? and why is the logs creating a AQ renderer on both the displaynode and rendernode fooling it to thinking there is two gpus while they are actually pointing to the same the device.

I checked the logs more closely and it looks like my computer supports up to 3 CRTCs. DP-4, DP-5, and eDP-1 each get one. The issue is that when I disable eDP-1, the HDMI output doesn’t take over the freed-up CRTC. (At least I think)

For some reason HDMI is not being assigned crtc once all the crtc were assigned even thou one display is disabled and therefore one crtc should be free...

When I disable the internal eDP-1 display in the grub the HDMI monitor works.

@vaxerski I cannot expect you to debug my computer but if you can point the part of code that could be responsible for that. I checked DRM.cpp but it is quite extensive.

I was wondering that maybe I could use strace to compare what syscalls is aqumarine doing differently to wl-roots where it is working.
