This seems to date back to some old hacky code to make sure size rules are applied before center rules, but it inadvertently flips the order of multiple size rules. The special treatment for size seems kinda pointless to me, as people could easily just put their size rules before center rules and it should be obvious that centering a big window and then making it small is not the same thing as making a window small and then centering it... |

The documentation says:
"Rules will be processed from top to bottom, where the last match will take precedence. i.e."
I have a rule that any window with a non-empty title must be a certain size.
And below I described the size of another window, with a specific title.
That didn't work. But if you reverse the rules, it works. But the one below should take precedence.
The window "Browser" is 40% in size even though it should be 90%.
But if I change the rules, then everything is correct.
This is very confusing because other rules like Move work differently and as described in the documentation.
