Full screen on cosmic-files makes the screen green #11904
-
Some contextPutting full screen cosmic-files triggers this green "layer" (idk the terminology sorry). It doesn't work 100% of the times but I can reproduce it almost all the times It's the same "layer" used for hyprsunset, it's persisted thru tty as the hyprsunset and they can both override each other in some circumstances (substituting it, not one multiplying over the other) I'm trying to understand if it's a compositor issue or a driver issue but cannot reproduce it in sway and the logs shows some warning How to reproduce:

@UjinT34 wonky CM? In general the toolkit behind cosmic is abhorrent with its wayland handling so I wouldnt be surprised if it wasnt fucking up in this case too |

I'm experiencing a related issue that might help narrow this down. When using hyprsunset, if I fullscreen the Kitty terminal, the orange tint is removed and the screen reverts to its normal color. Exiting fullscreen brings the hyprsunset tint back. On hyprland 0.51.1-2 |

Probably the same as zed and other similar FS issues. #11900
render:non_shader_cm = 0should fix it. If it helps then it's not related to cosmic stuff, it's some incompatibility with external CM tools like hyprsunset. Or it might be caused by frequent CTM updates during rapid FS toggling.
