Add a confirm specification to Window Rules 'move'

Describe the feature

Add the option to specify confirm before other parameters to keep the relative window position to your cursor the same until LMB is pressed.
Syntax would be similar to onscreen, so an example would be

move confirm cursor -50% -50%

Why would it be beneficial

When you have a windowrule where you want for example a program's settings page as floating and want to be able to quickly and easily choose its position, it would be a neat feature, when already accustomed to it by other WMs/DEs.
