Per-bind repeat rate and delay

I like my repeat rate very high and my delay quite low, however, with things like a volume up button, i may want a nonexistant delay and a slow repeat rate, that way it doesn't go up to 100% instantly, this would be nice to have.

agreed. i also appreciate having per-key repeat rate and dealy. i can do this in x11 using xset command but not in any wayland compositor.
