Can't drag scroll bar by moving cursor all they way to the right side of the screen

Hi,

when using applications, with a scrollbar (like browsers on scrollable pages), I like being able to move my cursor all the way to the right side of the screen and just drag the scrollbar.
I was able to achieve this also on hyprland by setting gaps_out to the negative value of border_size.
So my config is:

general {
  gaps_out = 4,-1,-1,-1
  border_size = 1
}

This worked perfectly fine up until hyprland 0.50, but since the update to hyprland 0.51, this does not work anymore.
It still looks completely the same, but when the cursor is all the way at the edge of the screen, it does not hover the scrollbar. I have to move it a pixel to the left to drag the scrollbar.

I also tried disabling the border and setting gaps_out to 0 like this, but the issue remains.

  gaps_out = 0
  border_size = 0
}

I tried downgrading to hyprland 0.50 and there everything works. It breaks as soon as I update to hyprland 0.51.
