Floating windows children should start in floating mode

as the title suggest, if a window is floating and spawns a child that child should be floating and on top of the parent,
the current behavior is child windows get tiled, which forces u to move the floating window out of the way,
and move focus to that child

I think there should also be a windowrule to toggle this behaviour per app.
