Gesture dispatcher sendshortcut does not work

Regression

Not a regression, since gestures were introduced recently (?)

Describe the bug

A gesture with action dispatcher, sendshortcut, ... does not have effect.

Reproduction steps

1. Put the following line to the config:

gesture = 3, down, dispatcher, sendshortcut, ctrl, tab, activewindow

2. Open a window that responds to Ctrl+Tab
3. Make a 3-finger swipe.

Unexpectedly, nothing happens.

Some other dispatchers seem to be broken too. For example, these gestures also do not seem to have effect:

gesture = 4, left, dispatcher, movefocus, left
gesture = 4, right, dispatcher, movefocus, right

Came to report the same issue, trying to use the following config:

gesture = 3, down,  dispatcher, sendshortcut, ctrl, w, activewindow
gesture = 3, right, dispatcher, sendshortcut, ctrl,       tab, activewindow
gesture = 3, left,  dispatcher, sendshortcut, ctrl shift, tab, activewindow

Other dispatchers seem to work like exec. One idea is perhaps dispatchers expecting more than 1 comma-separated args may have a bug.

Yep, you were right, it has to do with the number of arguments. I am working on a patch.
