Float gesture: 'tile' option never activates (typo in FloatGesture.cpp)

Description

Trackpad gesture float,tile doesn’t force tiling; it toggles or acts inconsistently.

Repro

gesture = 3, pinchin, float, tile
gesture = 3, pinchout, float, float

Pinch-in should force tiled, pinch-out should force floating. Instead, pinch-in toggles or fails to tile.

Root cause

In src/managers/input/trackpad/gestures/FloatGesture.cpp:
