Promote hy3 to built-in layout or similar i3/sway-like layout

Describe the feature

Would make hy3 or a new layout that has i3-like tiling/splitting available out of the box. It seems like outfoxxed (hy3 dev) is involved in broader hypr-development so hopefully that means they could help integrate/maintain it as a built-in layout.

Why would it be beneficial

As a major i3/sway user before Hyprland, this plugin is essential to my use of Hyprland, as I find the dwindle layout to behave really unintuitively. Since i3 seems to be the bigger "market share" of tiling wms on X11, I think making an i3-like layout available out of the box would promote general adoption by more users who are migrating from i3+X11.

No. Plugins are very easy to install.

Yes they're easy to install, my main gripe is I often have to wait ~2 weeks when there's a new hyprland update for a new hy3 release to be able to enjoy the latest features. But sounds like there isn't appetite for supporting more native layouts, which I get

I already kinda regret supporting master. The problem is I do a terrible job maintaining the layouts because I never use them, and in many cases, I don't understand their needs either, because I've never used them.

That's understandable, I'm sure there's already enough of a backlog of features that keeping the plugins delegated is the best approach for now
