Possible to make the mouse jump across physical gaps in monitors?

A bit of a niche use case, but I have a monitor layout with 3 monitors kind of like below, with a large monitor on the top (b), a vertical monitor on the left (a), and a smaller monitor on the bottom (c).
There is a physical gap between the vertical monitor a and the smaller monitor c such that they do not share an edge.

As such, to move between these two monitors, I need to first go to the big monitor b (with which they both share an edge) before moving to the target monitor.
Is it possible to somehow connect the edges of the small display c to vertical monitor a virtually, so my mouse (and keyboard navigation) can jump directly between them?

Is there some reason why you cannot just move monitor C to the position <width_of_a>x<height_of_b> with the current monitor settings?

Honestly I could, but then it wouldn't align with their physical position, which makes the cursor jump when moving between monitor b and c. (And I don't have much leeway with moving their physical positions.)
